Return and Warranty Policy
All gear comes with a 3 till 6 month warranty.
We do not have a policy for returning or exchanging shipments, except under certain circumstances. If we have made an error, such as sending the wrong style or size, or if the items have a defect from our factory, we will accept returns within 30 days of
delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service Support for approval.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and for any associated shipping costs. If you are requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
